This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Overseeing, monitoring, and enhancing the Workday HCM module.
• Acting as the technical liaison for designated functional areas.
• Aiding in the collection of business requirements, resolving issues, and executing process enhancements.
• Assisting the HRIS team with system upgrades and training initiatives.
• Ensuring data accuracy and managing technical projects.
• A Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology, human resource management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience with HRIS systems, with a preference for Workday HCM.
• Familiarity with systems implementation and project management methodologies is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
• Experience with the Workday HCM Core HR module.
• Knowledge of Workday HCM Security is preferred.
• Familiarity with the Workday HCM Learning module is preferred.
• Experience with the Workday HCM Onboarding/Recruiting module is preferred.
• Background in the Workday HCM Talent and Performance Management module is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
