Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead business analysis initiatives centered around Copilot and AI-driven transformation.

• Organize executive and stakeholder workshops to pinpoint high-value AI and Copilot use cases.

• Convert business challenges into Copilot, agent, and automation scenarios that align with Microsoft platforms.

• Collaborate closely with technical architects to develop Copilot, Copilot Studio, and agent solutions.

• Establish requirements, success metrics, and value propositions for AI projects.

• Provide guidance to clients on AI readiness, governance considerations, and responsible adoption practices.

• Oversee engagement execution in collaboration with Project Managers, steering project plans, milestones, dependencies, and dashboards in Smartsheet.

• Monitor and report on risks, issues, and decisions; maintain RAID logs, status reports, and essential engagement documents.

• Organize executive and working sessions, including creating agendas, tracking decisions, and action items.

• Assist with commercial operations such as purchase orders, invoicing, time tracking (Autotask), and budget oversight in cooperation with Project Managers.

• Ensure that delivery governance and quality standards are consistently upheld throughout all engagements.

• Mentor consultants on contemporary business analysis, AI exploration, and disciplined delivery methodologies.

• Aid pre-sales efforts by clearly communicating the value of Copilot, its use cases, and anticipated business outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or IT services, with a proven track record of engagement ownership.

• Proven experience in identifying and delivering AI or Copilot-based solutions.

• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Copilot (M365 Copilot and/or role-specific Copilots).

• Knowledge of Copilot Studio.

• Understanding of AI agents and orchestration principles.

• Demonstrated capability to convert business processes into AI-enhanced workflows.

• Experience working directly with senior business stakeholders.

• Practical experience utilizing Smartsheet for project planning, tracking, and reporting.

• Familiar with time tracking and commercial tools (Autotask or similar).

• Knowledge of project delivery methodologies and lifecycle concepts.

• Exceptional facilitation, storytelling, and documentation skills.

• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and follow-through.

• Proficient in Microsoft productivity and collaboration tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
