📋 Description

• Conducts assessments of needs across various departments to discover opportunities for AI tools that can enhance operational efficiency or research results.

• Keeps an eye on emerging AI technologies and assesses their applicability within Alimentiv's operational framework.

• Creates roadmaps that align AI opportunities with organizational goals and feasible implementation timelines.

• Transforms industry trends into actionable recommendations customized for Alimentiv's business landscape.

• Reviews AI platforms and tools against established use cases, documenting insights in structured evaluations.

• Constructs lightweight solution prototypes to validate feasibility prior to committing to full-scale implementation.

• Develops business cases that effectively communicate the value and feasibility of proposed AI initiatives to non-technical stakeholders.

• Designs and delivers structured training programs that enhance AI proficiency across diverse teams and skill sets.

• Creates clear reference materials, guides, and job aids that facilitate independent tool usage.

• Leads workshops and demonstrations that align AI capabilities with team-specific workflows.

• Provides hands-on assistance during tool rollouts to hasten user proficiency and address adoption challenges.

• Identifies and tackles adoption barriers through targeted follow-up and tailored delivery methods.

• Establishes communities of practice to foster peer learning and sustained engagement with AI tools.

• Monitors usage data and initiates proactive outreach when additional training or support is needed.

• Designs and develops proof-of-concept AI solutions that showcase practical value for specific business functions.

• Creates working prototypes using no-code and low-code AI platforms to demonstrate how AI can solve real operational issues.

• Presents and showcases prototype solutions to stakeholders, translating outcomes into tangible business value.

• Builds demonstrations and prototypes utilizing no-code and low-code AI platforms; production development and system integration are the responsibility of technical IT and development teams.

• Collects departmental requirements and conveys them to technical teams in accessible language.

• Coordinates with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure AI tool configurations are in line with operational workflows.

• Develops standard operating procedures that embed AI tools into established team workflows.

• Establishes success metrics that capture both adoption rates and measurable business outcomes.

• Analyzes usage and performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Prepares reports that effectively communicate the outcomes of AI initiatives to leadership audiences.

• Conducts post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and apply insights to future rollouts.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience

• (Honours) Bachelor’s degree

• Proficient in English (both verbal and written)

• Ability to convey complex or technical concepts in a clear manner to non-technical audiences (verbal and written)

• Proven ability to cultivate effective working relationships across all levels of the organization, including frontline staff and senior leadership

• Experience in designing and delivering training programs for a diverse range of adult learners

• Understanding of change management principles and technology adoption frameworks

• Capability to identify underlying user needs and develop practical, targeted support solutions

• Experience in creating user documentation, guides, and job aids that lower barriers to tool adoption

• Proficiency in no-code and low-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Claude.ai) for configuring and showcasing AI-powered workflows without custom development

• Ability to create functional proof-of-concept solutions that demonstrate the applicability of AI to specific business challenges

• Familiarity with prompt engineering and a solid understanding of large language model capabilities and limitations

• Ability to delineate and communicate the difference between enablement-level prototyping and production development that requires IT or developer involvement

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to align stakeholders around shared objectives

• Ability to analyze adoption metrics and usage data to prioritize support efforts

• Working knowledge of AI tools sufficient to guide end-user adoption (deep technical expertise is not required)

• Familiarity with data privacy principles and responsible AI usage in regulated environments

• Experience in clinical research or healthcare is considered an asset
