This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Collect, analyze, document, and validate requirements for business processes, systems, and applications.
• Comprehend business challenges and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Suggest effective solutions aimed at improving efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate the operational functions of a business or specific business area.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and meetings to understand and analyze business processes, needs, and challenges.
• Employ various techniques such as surveys, data analysis, and process modeling to pinpoint opportunities for process enhancement.
• Lead the analysis, identification, design, prioritization, and implementation of process and business changes.
• Develop detailed business requirements, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Ensure clear and concise documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze and interpret data to derive valuable insights.
• Provide input and feedback on proposed solutions.
• Work collaboratively with project managers, product owners, and subject matter experts.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and documentation software.
• Familiarity and experience with Government projects adhering to Service Standards.
• Understanding and experience with project methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Experience in business process redesign.
• Demonstrates strong leadership qualities as a role model, partner, and mentor to project teams and clients.
• Results-oriented with strong business acumen coupled with analytical and structured thinking.
• Consulting skills, including team facilitation, conflict management, and business case development.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, rapidly changing environment while managing ambiguity and divergent opinions.
