• Collaborate directly with clients to integrate Workday Financials technology solutions into their business environments, which vary in complexity based on experience.
• Provide high-quality Workday solutions across various industries to fulfill the clients’ evolving business requirements.
• Define, design, and implement financial processes and structures that align with clients’ business goals, enhancing their experience and the value derived from Workday software, tailored to increasing complexity levels.
• Engage actively in internal training sessions and take advantage of opportunities to share skills and insights with fellow team members.
• Oversee a team of consultants, mentoring them in their Workday and professional growth while managing escalations (Manager Level).
• Leverage Workday expertise to create sales materials and define project scopes as required by the sales team (Senior/Principal Level).
• Report directly to a Managing or Senior Managing Workday Financials Consultant.
• Willingness to travel 25% of the time at the client's request.
• Workday Financials Certification (Required).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in implementing Workday Financials configurations for clients of varying sizes and complexities (Required).
• At least 1 year of experience in gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing Workday Financials solutions to meet customer specifications (Required).
• Proficient in business processes such as general ledger, budgeting, cash management, grant management, chart of accounts redesign, procure-to-pay, purchase order conversions, expense management, fixed asset management, and/or order-to-cash (Required).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Required).
• Proficiency in French (Preferred).
• CPA certification (Preferred).
• A strong commitment to exceptional customer service and collaboration.
