This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Vice President of FP&A is responsible for overseeing the financial planning and analysis function for the approximately $6.5B Medical Distribution, Services, and Outsourced Logistics sector, which is the company's largest and most operationally intricate segment.
• This position acts as a strategic ally to senior leadership (Finance, Operations, Commercial, Product) by delivering forward-looking insights and decision-making support to enhance financial performance throughout distribution networks.
• This leader is accountable for forecasting, planning, performance analytics, and capital prioritization, placing a significant focus on inventory management, distribution efficiency, cost-to-serve, working capital optimization, and margin growth within a highly regulated healthcare setting.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; an MBA is highly preferred.
• 7–10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including exposure to senior leadership roles.
• Experience in supporting distribution, supply chain, or healthcare-related businesses is strongly preferred.
• A background in high-volume, operationally complex settings (distribution, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred).
• Experience in healthcare distribution or regulated industries is advantageous.
• Strong financial acumen with extensive expertise in:
• Financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Inventory management, working capital, and cost-to-serve economics.
• The ability to convert complex financial data into actionable operational insights.
• A proven track record of influencing senior leadership and driving business decisions.
• Strong collaboration skills with commercial, operational, and supply chain teams.
• Familiarity with FP&A systems (Hyperion, Essbase, SAP preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
