Junior Visa & Finance Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Reception and qualification of new inquiries First response to clients within ≤ 4 hours.

• Guiding the client from application to approval Comprehensive support: document checklist ≤ 24 hours, package verification, coordination with the client at every stage, status updates.

• Independent handling of standard cases Schengen, UK Visitor, UAE, Japan, and other standard destinations.

• Participation in CRM launch Testing the new system on real cases, error documentation, collaboration with the tech team.

• Financial reporting for assigned clients Recording all payments and receipts weekly (by Friday). Monthly report for the direction — by the 3rd of the following month.

• Education or experience in finance, accounting, or economics.

• Proficient use of Excel / Google Sheets — spreadsheets are the primary tool.

• English language proficiency B1+ — for document handling and correspondence.

• Attention to detail and numbers — errors in reports or documents can be costly.

• Willingness to learn about visa matters — no prior experience needed, we will train.

• Experience in visa support or migration field — an advantage.

• Experience working with CRM systems or databases (Notion, Airtable) — an advantage.

• Understanding of basic document flow principles — an advantage.
