This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop and implement the company’s administrative and financial strategy, ensuring alignment with objectives for growth, profitability, sustainability, and corporate governance.
• Direct the organization’s financial planning, encompassing annual budgeting, financial forecasts, cash flow management, capital structure, and performance assessment.
• Serve as a strategic partner to senior management and the Board of Directors, offering analysis, metrics, and recommendations to aid decision-making and manage business risks.
• Establish financial governance by creating internal controls, policies, processes, and monitoring systems that ensure predictability, compliance, and operational security.
• Supervise the Finance, Administrative, and other relevant areas, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to corporate guidelines.
• Develop and oversee strategies for accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit, collections, investments, and maintaining relationships with financial institutions.
• Create and track financial and operational KPIs, fostering a culture driven by data and results.
• Ensure compliance with fiscal, tax, corporate, and regulatory requirements, collaborating with Legal, Accounting, Governance, HR, and Compliance teams.
• Evaluate the economic and financial feasibility of new projects, investments, acquisitions, expansions, and the organization’s strategic initiatives.
• Lead both internal and external audit processes, ensuring the availability, reliability, and traceability of financial and administrative data.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs, enhance operational efficiency, and continuously improve administrative and financial practices.
• Assist, as needed, in formulating policies, standards, and procedures that bolster corporate governance and the organization’s financial sustainability.
• Plan and oversee the organizational structure of the areas under your management, promoting leadership development and the formation of high-performance teams.
• Manage financial, operational, and strategic risks, recommending preventive and corrective actions to safeguard the company’s interests.
• Ensure that administrative and financial decisions contribute to value creation, sustainable growth, and the long-term viability of the business.
