Workday Financials Consultant

📋 Description

• Act as a subject matter expert for CODA and the Workday Accounting Center.

• Provide backup support for essential accounting operations and financial processes.

• Configure and maintain Accounting Center rules, journal generation, posting logic, ledger balancing, and accounting validations.

• Diagnose and resolve issues concerning accounting transformations, journal errors and rejects, financial reconciliations, as well as audit and control requirements.

• Support integrations that feed into the Accounting Center from upstream systems.

• Collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, and Audit teams during month-end and closing activities.

• Assist in stabilizing and optimizing CODA-based accounting processes.

• Provide support for Workday Studio integrations, including data flow, orchestration, and sequencing challenges.

• Facilitate inbound and outbound integrations utilizing Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, REST, and SOAP APIs.

• Help with Workday Extend enhancements and production support for financial use cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience with Workday Financial Management is essential.

• Extensive hands-on knowledge of CODA and Workday Accounting Center.

• Proven track record of supporting complex, large-scale accounting models.

• Experience in integrating external systems into the Accounting Center.

• Solid understanding of financial data flows, controls, reconciliations, and audit requirements.

• Experience in supporting financial operations within complex and controlled environments.

• Advanced English communication skills are necessary.
