Workday Financials – Certified

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Become a part of the Strada team to enhance potential in workforce management.

• Ensure the effective and timely delivery of client projects and provide consulting services on Workday initiatives.

• Independently consult on intricate projects and lead initiatives based on your area of expertise.

• Engage in all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial discovery sessions through to deployment of the Workday Financials application.

• Offer direction and mentorship to junior colleagues and take part in internal business initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Mathematics, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 to 7 years of prior consulting experience in implementing Financial systems such as Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle E-Business, ADP, Ultipro, or other SaaS solutions.

• Proven experience in translating business process requirements into system configurations.

• Strong facilitation and presentation skills are essential.

• Ability to be effectively and actively involved in multiple projects simultaneously.

• Demonstrated capability to prioritize competing demands and request additional resources when necessary.

• Exceptional attention to detail with a natural inclination to investigate and resolve complex issues and thoroughly test solutions.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical problem-solving and documentation abilities.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Current certification in Workday Financials or PRO certification is required; (including Financials, FDM, R2R, P2P, Accounting Center, Grants, or Contracts to Cash, etc.)
