Workday Financials – Certified

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Become a part of the Strada team to unleash potential in workforce management.

• Ensure the prompt and high-quality execution of client deliverables while consulting on Workday projects.

• Provide independent consultation on intricate projects and take the lead on projects based on your area of expertise.

• Engage in all phases of the project lifecycle, from discovery sessions to deployment for the Workday Financials application.

• Offer direction and mentorship to less experienced team members and take part in internal business initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Math, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field of study.

• A minimum of 3 to 7 years of prior consulting experience implementing Financial systems such as Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle E-Business, ADP, Ultipro, or other SaaS software solutions.

• Experience in converting business process requirements into system configurations.

• Strong facilitation and presentation skills are essential.

• Ability to actively engage on multiple, simultaneous projects effectively.

• Demonstrated capability to prioritize conflicting demands and request resources as necessary.

• High attention to detail with a natural inclination to delve into complex issues and thoroughly test solutions.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical problem-solving and documentation skills.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

• Currently Workday Financials certified or PRO certified is required; (Financials, FDM, R2R, P2P, Accounting Center, Grants, or Contracts to Cash, etc.)
