Finance Change Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist in the execution of change management initiatives related to finance across corporate accounting, financial services, and tax divisions.

• Develop change plans that influence finance business operations.

• Perform and oversee change impact assessments to determine effects on processes, roles, and systems.

• Create and manage communications, training resources, and change documentation specifically designed for finance stakeholders.

• Collaborate with project teams, functional stakeholders, and technical groups to ensure alignment and business readiness.

• Generate and uphold change deliverables such as stakeholder analyses, communication materials, training resources, and readiness documentation.

• Assist with employee readiness initiatives, including surveys, feedback gathering, and follow-up measures.

• Implement communication strategies to keep stakeholders updated throughout the implementation phases.

• Aid in GoLive preparation and post-GoLive stabilization efforts to enhance adoption and reduce disruption.

• Offer continuous operational change support to promote adoption and tackle resistance as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical experience in executing change management.

• Proven experience in leading change initiatives for large and complex enterprise system implementations within a finance organization is essential.

• Established ability to produce change deliverables such as communications, training materials, and adoption metrics.

• Strong execution capabilities within structured change management frameworks.

• Competence in managing multiple concurrent workstreams within a defined framework.

• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to convert complex changes into straightforward messages.
