Senior Analyst, Strategic Planning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Oversee software development projects for intricate, large-scale web technology and data-processing endeavors.

• Ensure timely delivery of projects that are within budget and aligned with specified business objectives.

• Collaborate with process owners, functional leaders, and cross-functional teams to analyze data, enhance business processes, and boost operational efficiency.

• Offer expertise in supply chain processes and systems.

• Facilitate the successful implementation of complex business initiatives and programs.

• Manage initiatives across the enterprise and ensure they align with organizational objectives.

• Identify and evaluate business needs; suggest operational and process enhancements.

• Improve reporting tools through standardization, best practices, and technological advancements.

• Create and execute efficient processes for information sharing and reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• 5+ years of experience in field service management or a related area (preferred).

• Demonstrated project management experience.

• Skilled in web page design and development.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Access or similar database tools).

• Working knowledge of: JavaScript, ASP, VBA, HTML.

• Familiarity with Oracle and SQL Server.

• Knowledge of SQL programming.

• Experience with web-based reporting tools.

• Capability to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IIS servers.
