Workday Financials Analyst – Adaptive, P2P

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Serve as a Workday Financials Product Developer.

• Possess knowledge of Finance functional domains including Adaptive, Budgets, Procurement, Expenses, and Accounts Payable.

• Assist business stakeholders in FP&A, Operations, Procurement, Expenses, Accounts Payable, and related teams to identify their needs and create solutions.

• Implement new features and fixes provided by the weekly and bi-annual Workday updates.

• Configure and enhance Workday FIN modules.

• Diagnose system issues and provide support to end-users.

• Build product expertise through participation in learning opportunities and soliciting feedback.

• Collaborate with Product Owners to grasp the implications of planned initiatives and suggest value drivers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Up to 2 years of relevant experience (including internships) in areas related to Workday FIN required.

• Experience with Workday configuration is a plus.

• Proficiency in Excel is a plus.

• Authorization to work in the US.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Ability to remain flexible and adaptable to meet deadlines.
