This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact for executive stakeholders throughout the entire engagement lifecycle.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels and proactive communication.
• Lead strategic conversations regarding project goals, success criteria, and alignment with the long-term roadmap.
• Manage all facets of Workday implementation delivery, including project planning, resource allocation, financial oversight, and risk management.
• Utilize Meridian’s Workday Delivery Framework (MDF) and Workday Delivery Implementation Methodology to guarantee consistent execution across all project phases.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings, provide executive status updates, and conduct issue/risk reviews.
• Direct cross-functional teams, encompassing Solution Leads, Functional Consultants, and Technical Specialists.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Offer mentorship and professional development opportunities for project team members and emerging leaders within the Workday Practice.
• Ensure that deliverables comply with Meridian’s internal quality assurance standards and contractual commitments.
• Promote adherence to scope, timeline, and budget through proactive change and risk management.
• Advocate for repeatable best practices and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of Meridian’s project delivery framework.
• Assist in pre-sales and business development initiatives, including RFP responses, project scoping, and estimation.
• Identify opportunities for expansion within existing clients to foster long-term partnerships and Workday optimization efforts.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and collaboration across HCM, Payroll, Financials, and Integrations.
• Workday Partner Project Management Certification is REQUIRED.
• Over 5 years of full-cycle Workday implementation experience.
• More than 3 years of experience as an EM/PM in the Public Sector, managing multiple concurrent Workday deployments for state or local agencies.
• Strong understanding of Workday delivery methodology, governance, and best practices.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work standard East Coast hours.
