Workday DC Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the DC workstream internally by mentoring junior consultants

• Direct the design and implementation of Workday projects

• Collaborate closely with functional architects across all applicable Workday areas

• Manage cross-functional impacts in conjunction with other domain leaders

• Mentor colleagues in their consulting careers while assisting clients in formulating a robust strategy and design for their Workday system

• Contribute to project work as well as internal initiatives

• Support budget accountability for their projects

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Workday data conversion

• Previous consulting experience is essential

• Expertise in advanced Excel functions

• SQL proficiency is preferred

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

• Proven experience leading data conversion workstreams on multiple Workday projects

• Experience in data analysis or conversion across various industries

• Familiarity with Workday Data Conversion and Workday tenant migration tools

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
