This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Collaborate with clients to grasp their business needs and convert them into effective Workday solutions.
• Adhere to delivery methodologies that are suitable for the project and the consultant's role while advocating for industry best practices.
• Achieve high-quality execution and completion rates across all client engagements.
• Develop and/or implement efficient change management strategies, including communication, testing, and training programs.
• Foster positive and proactive communication with peers and colleagues, establishing strong relationships within and across the organization.
• At least 2 years of relevant Workday implementation experience in a client-facing capacity.
• Proficient in configuring one or more Workday HCM or Finance modules (e.g., Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent & Performance, Financial Management, Recruiting, etc.).
• Experienced in all phases of the Workday implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment).
• Familiarity with Workday tools such as Report Writer, calculated fields, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Core Connectors, along with a solid understanding of web services and the Workday security framework.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Must possess fluency in English.
