This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee value realization planning for strategic and enterprise accounts, monitoring results against existing business value evaluations and establishing the value baseline along with a measurement framework to track outcomes.
• Develop and sustain scaled AI value realization capabilities that empower our Customer Success team to engage in value discussions with their assigned accounts at the pace required by our customer base, including an AI-driven value realization tool and the enablement programs and frameworks that convert platform outcomes into CSM-ready dialogues.
• Directly interact with strategic accounts to facilitate value realization discussions, assisting customers in articulating the business outcomes achieved on Webflow, identifying future opportunities, and constructing the business case for deeper engagement with the platform alongside Customer Success and Sales.
• Collaborate with CSMs, CX Programs, Solutions Architects, and Forward Deployed Engineers to align customer business objectives with Webflow capabilities that are most likely to yield measurable results, particularly focusing on Webflow’s native AI features and agentic capabilities that expedite the time to value.
• Take ownership of designing, building, and maintaining a customer outcome database that links platform adoption indicators to measurable business results, serving as a shared resource across post-sale, product, and revenue teams.
• Spearhead integration efforts within the post-sale value ecosystem, outlining how AI value realization tools, executive business reviews, and other post-sale functionalities interconnect with each other and the broader customer journey.
• A minimum of 3 years in value consulting, customer success, management consulting, sales strategy, or a similar role. Experience in SaaS, technology, or digital transformation is preferred.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
