This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the deployment, setup, and enhancement of Workday Student solutions within higher education settings.
• Partner with academic, registrar, admissions, finance, and IT departments to gather business requirements and convert them into scalable system solutions.
• Configure and sustain student-related business processes including admissions, enrollment, academic records, curriculum management, student finance, and graduation tracking.
• Evaluate current SIS workflows and propose process enhancements to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
• Assist with data migration, system integrations, testing activities, and stabilization efforts post-implementation.
• Resolve functional and technical issues concerning the student lifecycle and coordinate solutions with both internal and external teams.
• Create reports, dashboards, and analytics to facilitate institutional decision-making and compliance needs.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, integrations, workflows, and user procedures.
• Offer training and ongoing support to end users, administrators, and stakeholders throughout the institution.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Higher Education Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with Student Information Systems (SIS) or ERP platforms in higher education contexts.
• Preferably possess hands-on experience with Workday Student.
• Valued experience with similar SIS platforms such as Ellucian Banner, Anthology Student, Jenzabar, Thesis Elements, or Thesis SM.
• Strong comprehension of student lifecycle processes including admissions, enrollment, records management, financial aid, and academic planning.
• Experience in supporting system implementations, integrations, testing phases, and production support activities.
• Preferred knowledge of reporting tools, data management, and system integrations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities and work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required.
• Experience working with U.S. clients is essential.
