This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Collaborate with clients to enhance the value of their Workday investments by implementing certified integrations that streamline internal business processes.
• Work together with sales prospects to establish expectations, define the project scope, and comprehend client requirements.
• Partner with internal teams to continually enhance integrations, seeking opportunities to expand functionality and provide additional value to clients.
• Proactively recommend, define, and assist in the implementation of innovative solutions to meet our customers’ needs.
• Design, develop, and execute Workday integrations, particularly focusing on third-party payroll systems to ensure smooth payroll data transfers.
• Offer technical expertise in payroll integrations, covering data field mapping, troubleshooting data transfer challenges, and validating payroll outputs.
• Maintain compliance with data security and privacy regulations when managing sensitive HR and payroll information.
• Develop and maintain thorough technical documentation for integrations, such as data flow diagrams, field mappings, and process flows.
• Oversee stakeholders and project deliverables to ensure effective and timely implementation.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Workday Consultant, specializing in Workday Core HCM and third-party payroll integrations.
• Workday Certified in Core Connector Tools & Payroll (CCTPP) and Integration Core. Experience with Prism, Studio, Extend, or custom report creation is advantageous.
• Proven ability to adapt to new Workday environments and project demands.
• Strong experience in consulting or project-based roles, emphasizing customer value and experience rather than just deployment volume.
• Demonstrated history of integrating Workday with third-party payroll systems.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex integration challenges.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork capabilities.
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks within a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Practical experience with Workday integration tools, including EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Web Services APIs.
• Solid grasp of Workday business processes related to Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Management.
• Functional knowledge of Workday HCM, Compensation, and Recruiting, with expertise in data flows affecting payroll.
• Strong comprehension of standard payroll concepts, including gross-to-net calculations, tax jurisdiction rules, and wage types.
