Workday Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the functional administrator for Workday Financials and HCM modules, which encompass Core Financials, Expenses, Planning, Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Talent, Learning, Prism, and Reporting.

• Work in collaboration with Finance, HR, and Payroll stakeholders to collect business requirements and convert them into scalable system solutions.

• Ensure data integrity through regular audits, validations, and system controls.

• Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards tailored for Finance and HR stakeholders.

• Assist with Workday releases by testing new features, evaluating business impacts, and executing approved enhancements.

• Aid in managing inbound and outbound integrations with downstream systems and third-party vendors.

• Provide daily Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, including issue triage, end-user training, and documentation.

• Suggest and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and lessen manual tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting HRIS/ERP systems.

• At least 1 year of practical Workday configuration experience.

• Experience in supporting or configuring one or more Workday modules.

• Preferred knowledge of both Workday Financials and Workday HCM.

• Strong analytical skills including proficiency in reporting and Excel.

• Exceptional attention to detail along with problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.

• Availability to work during standard business hours in Central or Eastern time zones.

• Capability to sit for extended periods.

• Fine motor skills required for typing and operating a laptop/mouse.

• Ability to view a computer screen for prolonged durations.
