Integration Analyst, Bilingual Spanish/English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer integration assistance to customers who speak both English and Spanish while implementing NMI's payment solutions.

• Collaborate with clients to ensure the necessary functionality and proper software workflow.

• Manage personal implementations of NMI products to gain insights into solution functionality, including updates to the SDK.

• Develop and revise both internal and external product documentation.

• Act as a technical integration point of contact for NMI team members.

• Contribute to projects as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and confidently in both written and spoken forms.

• Experience in coding with Objective-C, or a willingness to learn.

• Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: C#, C++, or Java.

• Solid understanding of both Windows and Linux operating systems.

• Basic knowledge of networking to assist with network-related issues.

• A customer-focused mindset and exceptional customer service abilities.

• Skill in prioritizing tasks effectively and identifying high-priority assignments.

• Capability to convey technical concepts to customers with varying levels of technical expertise.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Creative thinking and initiative.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• A positive, can-do attitude.

• A proactive mindset towards tasks.

• Preferred: familiarity with CSS, HTML, and PHP.

• Preferred: experience with Windows Server and/or Windows CE.

• Preferred: experience utilizing a customer ticketing system.

• Preferred: background in the payments industry.

• Preferred: knowledge of development frameworks.
