This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday modules to facilitate HR processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect requirements and convert them into system solutions.
• Assess new Workday features and propose enhancements in line with business objectives.
• Assist with semi-annual Workday releases, encompassing testing and deployment tasks.
• Diagnose system issues, provide support for integrations, and oversee data uploads utilizing EIBs.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–4 years of experience with Workday in either an analytical or functional capacity.
• Familiarity with HR processes, terminology, and best practices.
• Capability to evaluate issues, determine solutions, and enhance system performance.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to assist a diverse range of users.
• Experience with Workday modules such as HCM, payroll, benefits, compensation, talent, recruiting, or learning.
• Understanding of Workday integrations, data flows, and system architecture.
• Experience in configuring Workday security and business processes.
• Background in developing Workday reports and dashboards.
• Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on continuous improvement and user adoption.
