Workday AMS Talent & Learning Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the continuous support, setup, and improvement of Workday HCM solutions.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, fostering relationships and providing expert advice.

• Take ownership of the configuration for intricate projects and assist clients during testing phases.

• Guide junior consultants and encourage skill enhancement within the team.

• Actively provide recommendations regarding dependencies and maintenance issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Workday certification and/or extensive hands-on experience in configuring Talent and another functional area.

• Strong grasp of related Workday functional areas.

• Demonstrated success in a client-facing consulting capacity or within a client-side HRIS team.

• Excellent customer engagement and communication abilities.

• Awareness of commercial dynamics and understanding of consulting project operations.

• Capability to manage service delivery risks and facilitate cross-functional workshops.
