This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Take charge of customer onboarding from the initial setup to comprehensive platform adoption.
• Conduct live training sessions, onboarding programs, and cohort-based workshops tailored for enterprise clients.
• Simplify technical workflows, automations, and data concepts into clear, actionable steps for marketing teams.
• Develop and maintain scalable enablement playbooks, guides, and training resources.
• Assist with marketing operations workflows, including CRM automation, reporting, and campaign setup.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams on SEO, content workflows, and enablement initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted, technical advisor for customers throughout their lifecycle.
• 2–4 years of experience in customer enablement, customer success, marketing operations, or product training within a SaaS or tech environment.
• Preference for candidates with experience at a recognized or reputable technology company.
• Practical experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
• Proficient in SQL and Python, with the ability to utilize both in workflows, reporting, or training scenarios.
• Essential: Prior remote work experience, proficiency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar), and experience working with U.S. or UK-based companies. Applications lacking this experience will not be considered.
