This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
β’ Lead the enhancement of sales excellence within the commercial teams by improving their knowledge, skills, and competencies essential for achieving business results.
β’ Collaborate closely with leaders and stakeholders from cross-functional departments to identify educational needs and market specifics, and to create, adapt, and implement training programs that meet the unique requirements of different markets or departments.
β’ Evaluate the success of educational initiatives by analyzing delivery metrics, sales productivity data, and feedback from learners and stakeholders.
β’ Serve as a subject matter expert in the creation of educational content for both internal and external audiences.
β’ A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is mandatory. A BSN is preferred.
β’ A proven history of success in sales is essential.
β’ A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in sales, clinical settings, and/or sales effectiveness is required.
β’ At least 3 years of direct sales experience is necessary, ideally in the promotion of large volume infusion pumps.
β’ A preferred background of 3 years in sales effectiveness, sales training, or a related discipline is desirable.
β’ Strong preference for 3 years of clinical experience.
