This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and oversee a strategic enterprise learning and capability approach that aligns with Advarra's values, growth ambitions, innovation efforts, and regulatory needs.
• Act as a strategic consultant to the CHRO and Executive Leadership Team, influencing workforce readiness, transformation projects, and future skills development.
• Convert business strategy into comprehensive enterprise capability roadmaps, ensuring the organization is prepared to scale up and remain competitive.
• Create an all-encompassing capability development framework that incorporates leadership training, technical education, and professional advancement paths.
• Propel the enterprise leadership development strategy, which includes executive training, succession planning, and high-potential talent programs.
• Direct initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, culture, and performance through learning opportunities.
• Chair the Enterprise Learning Council, responsible for governance, prioritization, and investment decisions across all business divisions.
• Manage, streamline, and advance the enterprise learning ecosystem, which includes the Learning Management System (LMS) and emerging learning technologies (such as AI-driven learning and skills platforms).
• Provide executive oversight for the compliance and regulatory training strategy, ensuring alignment with legal, quality, and industry standards.
• Establish and implement enterprise KPIs linked to business outcomes, which encompass performance, productivity, compliance, and revenue facilitation.
• Lead and nurture a high-performing enterprise Learning & Development organization, including the Center of Excellence (CoE).
• Over 15 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Effectiveness, or a related area.
• 8-10 years in senior executive or enterprise leadership positions with a significant organizational impact.
• Proven track record in defining and executing enterprise-wide learning or talent strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to influence C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
• Extensive experience in regulated environments with compliance-focused learning requirements.
• Proficient in learning technologies, analytics, and digital transformation methodologies.
