Workday Absence Consultant – Post-Deployment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee post-deployment activities related to Workday Absence implementations.

• Configure and enhance Workday solutions tailored to client requirements.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams and clients to guarantee successful delivery.

• Offer expert advice and assistance in Absence modules.

• Participate in ongoing improvement initiatives within Kainos' Workday practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Workday Certifications: Must possess Workday HCM and Absence certifications.

• Workday Expertise: Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, with extensive expertise in Absence.

• Experience: At least 3 years within the Workday ecosystem.

• Customer Focus: Demonstrated experience in a client-facing consulting position, with the ability to cultivate strong relationships and effectively manage escalations.

• Communication: Clear, credible, and empathetic communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders in both face-to-face and remote environments.

• Commercial Awareness: Robust understanding of project dynamics and business context.

• Autonomy: Able to independently manage tasks and contribute effectively to remote teams.

• Consulting Skills: Proficient in presenting, facilitating workshops, and articulating solutions to clients.

• Quality & Detail: Dedicated to maintaining high standards, accuracy, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Confidentiality: Comprehends and complies with confidentiality and non-disclosure policies.

• Strategic Awareness: Recognizes company strategy and aligns efforts to support it.

• Continuous Improvement: Actively identifies and recommends enhancements to tools and processes.
