Women's Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Deliver individual tele-therapy sessions to patients seeking regular appointments via FamilyWell’s virtual platform.

• Perform one-on-one psychological assessments for patients referred to the FamilyWell program, collecting extensive evaluations to aid in treatment planning.

• Thoroughly document patient progress, providing treatment recommendations to medical providers, psychiatric consultants, and other healthcare professionals as required. Adjust treatment plans for patients needing more intensive or specialized mental health support, ensuring timely and appropriate interventions.

• Create and present Care Plans following sessions, equipping patients with actionable insights and follow-up steps.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed mental health provider with an active license in Pennsylvania. All candidates must be capable of practicing independently without supervision.

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

• Formal training in perinatal/peri/menopause mental health or at least 1 year of clinical experience working with pregnant, postpartum, or peri/menopause patients is strongly preferred.

• Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) from Postpartum Support International is encouraged but not mandatory.

• Proof of certification in treating the Peri/Menopause population is advised but not essential.
