WMS Support Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Deliver L1/L2 assistance for Körber/HighJump WMS applications.

• Diagnose and resolve production issues related to WMS.

• Manage incidents, respond to user inquiries, and handle support tickets.

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve issues.

• Assist warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.

• Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to SLA compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in WMS support.

• Practical experience with Körber/HighJump WMS.

• Strong understanding of warehouse management processes.

• Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work during US shift hours.
