This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and assist with the end-to-end implementation and configuration of WMS projects.

• Examine business, functional, and integration needs to craft effective WMS solutions.

• Set up essential WMS modules: Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Returns, Picking, Shipping, and others.

• Work collaboratively with internal and client teams to create custom logic utilizing client configuration and extensibility tools.

• Facilitate API testing (for instance, using Postman) and oversee system integrations with ERP, OMS, TMS, and MHE/automation systems.

• Compose, review, enhance, and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures within relational databases (such as Oracle, MySQL).

• Conduct root-cause analysis, debugging, and performance tuning (including queries, stored procedures, indexing, and execution plans).

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders throughout the SIT, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live stages.

• Diagnose production issues and address both functional and technical challenges within established SLAs.

• Engage in Agile ceremonies and aid in continuous improvement efforts.

• Ensure high standards of documentation: technical designs, test plans, runbooks, and configuration records.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 1-3 years of experience with WMS implementations or supply chain execution systems.

• Strong techno-functional expertise in any WMS platform.

• Profound understanding of warehouse workflows including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.

• Advanced SQL skills, including the design and optimization of stored procedures, complex queries, indexing, and performance tuning on relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL).

• Familiarity with API testing tools and system integrations (ERP/OMS/TMS/MHE).

• Proven troubleshooting and debugging abilities across application, integration, and data layers.

• Strong interpersonal, documentation, and communication skills.

• Capability to work effectively with cross-functional and geographically diverse teams.
