This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Cultivate and enhance relationships with key waste management clients.
β’ Serve as the main point of contact between Autocar and designated accounts.
β’ Foster customer satisfaction, retention, and sustainable growth.
β’ Collaborate with the Sales team to pinpoint upsell, cross-sell, and fleet expansion prospects.
β’ Conduct business reviews centered on uptime, performance, and overall cost of ownership.
β’ Coordinate with dealer service networks to guarantee prompt maintenance and repairs.
β’ Examine telematics and fleet data to identify areas for performance enhancement.
β’ Assist with the onboarding of new vehicles, training, and ensuring continuous operational success.
β’ Address escalated service challenges and advocate for customer needs within the organization.
β’ Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
β’ Over 5 years of experience in heavy-duty trucks, the waste industry, fleet management, OEM operations, or a similar field.
β’ Demonstrated experience collaborating with dealer networks and service operations.
β’ Strong knowledge of refuse/waste truck applications or vocational vehicle usage is preferred.
β’ Understanding of telematics, diagnostics, and fleet performance tools is beneficial.
