WM Service Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and enhance relationships with key waste management clients.

• Serve as the main point of contact between Autocar and designated accounts.

• Foster customer satisfaction, retention, and sustainable growth.

• Collaborate with the Sales team to pinpoint upsell, cross-sell, and fleet expansion prospects.

• Conduct business reviews centered on uptime, performance, and overall cost of ownership.

• Coordinate with dealer service networks to guarantee prompt maintenance and repairs.

• Examine telematics and fleet data to identify areas for performance enhancement.

• Assist with the onboarding of new vehicles, training, and ensuring continuous operational success.

• Address escalated service challenges and advocate for customer needs within the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• Over 5 years of experience in heavy-duty trucks, the waste industry, fleet management, OEM operations, or a similar field.

• Demonstrated experience collaborating with dealer networks and service operations.

• Strong knowledge of refuse/waste truck applications or vocational vehicle usage is preferred.

• Understanding of telematics, diagnostics, and fleet performance tools is beneficial.
