Senior Manager of Member Engagement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Direct and implement PHM's engagement strategy and outreach initiatives for member populations.

• Manage the RN targeted outreach team, ensuring that outreach activities contribute to growth in utilization and enhance member experience.

• Establish a framework for engagement processes and reporting mechanisms.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Account Management, Clinical, and other stakeholders to synchronize engagement initiatives with organizational objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in leading teams within digital health, healthcare navigation, advocacy, or member engagement sectors.

• Proficient in analyzing engagement performance, utilization patterns, demographics, and outreach data to inform strategic decision-making.

• Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and developing outreach, engagement, or healthcare-related teams.

• Experience in creating structured processes, standardizing workflows, and enhancing operational efficiency across teams and systems.

• Excellent executive communication skills, with the capability to present data-driven recommendations and challenge assumptions effectively.

• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and foster alignment across various departments.
