This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, develop, and promote new business opportunities by integrating CarbonCure technologies into significant infrastructure and commercial projects.
• Collaborate with commercial leaders within Departments of Transportation (DOTs), contractors, and project owners to ensure alignment of CarbonCure with project and program-level goals.
• Transform early-stage project influence into consistent and scalable commercial adoption, fostering long-term revenue growth.
• Assist the Sales team by creating qualified demand pipelines and facilitating deal acceleration through early-stage engagements.
• Lead interactions and submissions with Departments of Transportation (DOTs).
• Increase the number of jurisdictions that approve or standardize CarbonCure.
• Navigate and influence procurement, funding, and commercialization pathways within DOTs.
• Represent CarbonCure as a trusted advisor to regulators, agencies, and policymakers.
• Persuade architects, engineers, and specifiers to include CarbonCure in project specifications and design standards.
• Generate upstream demand with owners, developers, and leaders of infrastructure programs.
• Build and sustain relationships with senior leaders throughout the construction ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with Sales to transform market development activities into finalized business and enduring partnerships.
• Provide market insights and feedback to support product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market execution.
• Over 10 years of experience in infrastructure, construction, construction materials, or related fields.
• Background in business development, commercial leadership, or market development, with a proven track record of generating and advancing opportunities.
• Experience collaborating with or alongside: Departments of Transportation (DOTs) (both technical and commercial stakeholders).
• Large construction firms.
• Companies specializing in admixtures, cement, or construction materials.
• Established ability to cultivate relationships with commercial decision-makers, project sponsors, and program leaders in infrastructure and construction.
• Strong comprehension of construction project lifecycles, procurement processes, and specification development.
• Proven success in influencing specifications, standards, or owner requirements and translating these into measurable business outcomes.
• Technical proficiency to engage in discussions regarding materials, performance, standards, and constructability.
• Executive presence accompanied by excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across various industries.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with sales, technical, and executive teams to drive growth.
• Familiarity with lengthy and complex sales and approval cycles in regulated industries.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically (up to 40%).
