Transition Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversees large-scale, intricate transition programs from the point of contract signing to the stabilization of operations.

• Ensures governance, manages risks, and provides executive-level reporting throughout the transition process.

• Facilitates cross-departmental alignment among Operations, Solutions, Finance, HR, Technology, Procurement, and Client stakeholders.

• Acts as a point of escalation for any transition-related risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Collaborates with bid and account management teams to evaluate project proposals, contracts, solution designs, and other essential project documents.

• Creates and executes communication and change management strategies to support the entire transition process and initial steady-state operations.

• Works with stakeholders to ensure that contractual obligations are transformed into actionable implementation plans.

• Verifies that the proposed staffing models, sourcing strategies, and skill requirements are in line with contractual, financial, and operational needs.

• Collaborates with Operations and Solution teams to guarantee that delivery models are scalable, sustainable, and meet client expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with over 8 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Proven experience leading complex transitions, implementations, transformations, or program management initiatives in a global or matrixed setting.

• Track record of successfully managing cross-functional workstreams, stakeholders, and operational readiness tasks.

• Strong skills in project/program management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with multiple business functions and various levels of leadership.

• Experience in BPO, customer experience, outsourcing, shared services, consulting, or related sectors is preferred.

• Proficiency in both written and verbal English and Spanish is required.

• Knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.

• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, or a similar qualification is advantageous.

• A Master's degree is preferred.
