This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Management of Partner Relationships
• Take ownership of a portfolio of channel partners to enhance meeting generation and secure closed business.
• Build trusted advisor relationships that position Transparent Energy as a strategic asset for partner clients.
• Conduct regular business reviews with partners to uncover opportunities, identify gaps, and initiate growth initiatives.
• Act as a highly responsive point of contact for partners, ensuring their needs are consistently addressed.
• Development of Pipeline
• Generate qualified introductory meetings between prospects referred by partners and sales executives at Transparent Energy.
• Identify target accounts within partner portfolios that align with Transparent Energy's ideal customer profile.
• Create and implement account penetration strategies to boost referral activity and meeting frequency.
• Monitor referral opportunities throughout the sales funnel and ensure prompt follow-up.
• Keep detailed records of partner activities, referrals, meetings, and pipeline metrics.
• Prepare regular performance reports and forecasts for leadership review.
• Enablement and Training of Partners
• Ensure partners have a comprehensive understanding of Transparent Energy's value proposition, procurement process, and key differentiators.
• Provide partners with sales messaging, case studies, market intelligence, and prospecting tools.
• Mentor partner teams on recognizing energy-related buying signals and identifying referral opportunities.
• Engagement and Travel with Partners
• Regularly meet with channel partners, referral sources, and strategic stakeholders to strengthen relationships and stimulate new deal flow.
• Attend industry events, conferences, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance Transparent Energy’s partner visibility.
• Organize partner meetings, meals, and relationship-building activities to foster partner engagement, loyalty, and referral activity.
• Identify opportunities to enhance production from existing partners, revive dormant relationships, and establish new referral channels.
• Professionally represent Transparent Energy in market-facing environments and convey our value proposition clearly.
• Travel frequently for partner meetings, events, and market development initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational capabilities.

• Proven ability to influence others.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and the Microsoft Suite.
• Willingness to travel 30% or more.
