This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• The Wireless Field Technician and Coordinator is responsible for providing project coordination and administrative assistance, including researching utility records, processing 811 dig alerts, tracking progress, and coordinating jurisdictional efforts to support CircetUSA projects.

• Conducts field operations throughout Southern California, performing pole and aerial plant surveys, capturing precise measurements and data, documenting site conditions, and entering data into pole loading software in alignment with Circet guidelines.

• Offers project coordination support that encompasses, but is not limited to: managing Utility Aerial and Substructure Records, handling 811 Dig Alert processes, saving, transmitting, updating trackers, conducting jurisdictional visits for map acquisition, and executing necessary tasks to meet project objectives.

• Engages in project administrative tasks to assist Project Managers and other stakeholders in fulfilling CircetUSA Customer’s Projects, Policies, and Requirements.

• As a Field Technician, responsibilities include, but are not limited to: daily travel to various pole, site, and job locations throughout Southern California, surveying poles and associated aerial plants per Circet Guidelines, and gathering detailed data from utility structures. This role requires the ability to physically access poles and related structures, along with the safe use of tools for accurate measurements. Proper labeling, marking, and uploading of site/pole-related documents and data entry into pole loading software are also essential.


⛳️ Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Prior experience in telecommunications, utilities, construction, surveying, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Experience in project coordination or administrative support is preferred; however, training will be provided for the right candidate.

• Familiarity with utility records, 811 Dig Alert processes, pole data, or aerial/underground infrastructure is beneficial.

• Exposure to field survey work, site documentation, or data collection is preferred.

• Must be willing and able to perform fieldwork, including daily travel to multiple job sites and working in diverse weather conditions.

• Basic computer proficiency, including data entry, spreadsheet management, and the use of project tracking systems is required.

• Ability to learn and safely utilize hand tools, measurement devices, and field equipment is essential.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication abilities are crucial.

• A valid driver’s license is required.
