Windows Systems Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Delivers continuous Systems Administration support, encompassing the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, applications, and connectivity components for Windows environments across various locations.

• Offers technical assistance and guidance on the utilization of programming tools, database systems, and networks.

• Key operational duties involve the resolution of daily incident tickets, ensuring system compliance, enhancing system operations, conducting testing and staging, improving policies and procedures, coordinating client communications, and providing operational insights to enhance the availability and reliability of Windows systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree and 4–6 years of pertinent experience OR a suitable combination of education and experience.

• Extensive knowledge in Windows systems administration.

• Strong background in troubleshooting and technical support.

• U.S. Citizenship and residency in the U.S. are mandatory.
