This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Deliver first-tier IT assistance for users, devices, applications, and access requests.

• Oversee Microsoft 365 services, including management of user accounts, permissions, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

• Administer identity and access protocols, encompassing onboarding, offboarding, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and permission evaluations.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to endpoints, software, hardware, and connectivity, while keeping track of assets and licenses.

• Handle and address support inquiries using Jira Service Management or comparable ITSM platforms.

• Ensure precise IT documentation, records, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures are maintained.

• Assist in vendor coordination, incident and change management, cybersecurity, compliance, and continual improvement initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related discipline is preferred, alongside 5+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT operations.

• Significant experience in administering Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and license management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, access control, onboarding/offboarding, and user lifecycle management.

• Practical experience with Jira Service Management or similar ITSM platforms, as well as Windows endpoint support and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with endpoint management, software deployment, patching, asset administration, and IT operational best practices.

• Knowledge of Microsoft security tools, cybersecurity controls, ISO 27001, and general networking concepts is a plus.

• Outstanding communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, along with a proactive and detail-oriented approach to IT support.
