This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the Director of Infrastructure to design, implement, and oversee systems and processes that support ARC Health’s infrastructure and security goals, fostering a dependable and secure technical environment.
• Work closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure the infrastructure adheres to existing security standards, adapts to changing security needs, and aligns with industry best practices.
• Maintain effective relationships with external IT vendors and service providers, ensuring their objectives align with those of ARC Health and that infrastructure projects are executed smoothly.
• Oversee the consistency, accessibility, and user-friendliness of desktop solutions for all employees, including efficient management of help-desk operations to deliver prompt support.
• Continuously monitor the performance of infrastructure and support services, implementing process enhancements to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT leadership, business unit leaders, and service providers to identify and implement strategic solutions that enhance operational effectiveness and cost efficiency.
• Establish and cultivate strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and organizational leaders to promote collaboration and ensure alignment on technology initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Infrastructure, contributing to the overall success of ARC Health’s infrastructure objectives.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in managing and supporting complex IT environments, showcasing a strong track record of operational success.
• Proven project management capabilities with a keen attention to detail, adept at managing multiple projects effectively.
• Expertise in managing vendor relationships for infrastructure services and solutions, including reviewing contracts, statements of work, and related documentation.
• Comprehensive understanding of current technology trends, including cloud computing and automation, and their impact on IT operations and service delivery.
• Strong communication skills, capable of effectively interacting and building relationships with staff at all organizational levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, with the ability to utilize these tools in everyday tasks.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a critical approach to troubleshooting and improvement.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and consistently meet deadlines.
• Commitment to ethical guidelines, maintaining confidentiality, and adhering to HIPAA standards.
