Windchill Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the comprehensive design and implementation of Windchill PLM solutions across various modules and business sectors.

• Oversee configuration, customization, and integration tasks to fulfill specific client requirements.

• Supervise data migration and transformation initiatives, ensuring precision and compliance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.

• Provide technical direction and support to development teams, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.

• Effectively communicate with stakeholders to manage expectations and maintain transparency.

• Track project progress and troubleshoot technical issues to uphold delivery schedules.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience in Windchill PLM development, configuration, and project management.

• Extensive knowledge of PTC Windchill products including PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink, and QMS.

• Proficient in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, SQL, and debugging tools.

• Practical experience with Windchill Bulk Migration, CAD integrations, and database architecture.

• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication abilities.

• Experience in managing remote teams and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
