Solutions Architect I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Gather and evaluate client requirements while conducting gap/fit analyses against potential solutions.

• Educate clients, prospective clients, and colleagues on the scope, features, and operation of our offerings.

• Support the sales team with proposals and tenders for new clients by providing a technical viewpoint and guidance on the suitability of solutions for each client.

• Collaborate with other technical resources to enhance understanding when necessary.

• Aid the sales team in developing and executing Proofs of Concept (POCs) and Proofs of Value (POVs).

• Keep current knowledge of the latest features and roadmap of our core offerings and related products.

• Serve as a consultant for customers and partners to ensure successful implementations and support.

• Maintain an up-to-date awareness of future technology trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Proven experience with enterprise IT infrastructure.

• Strong grasp of IT fundamentals and principles, with the capability to apply that knowledge across a diverse range of equipment and vendors.

• Highly organized and able to maintain focus under pressure.

• Ability to solve complex problems with a continuous desire to learn.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with team members and clients.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows.

• At least 5 years of experience in IT Networks and Network Monitoring.

• Experience with monitoring solutions for enterprise networks, SDN/SD-WAN, storage, and/or hardware maintenance solutions.

• Understanding of Cisco IOS or similar technologies.

• Knowledge of scripting.

• Strong technical troubleshooting abilities.

• Experience with RedHat Linux.

• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and principles, applicable across a wide array of equipment and vendors.

• Familiarity with enterprise datacenter technologies such as storage, servers, and networking.

• Awareness of monitoring technologies and their configuration.
