Wind Turbine Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Ensure the continuous operation of Gamesa and Nordex turbines.

• Conduct routine inspections and implement necessary adjustments.

• Efficiently diagnose mechanical, electrical, and technical issues.

• Execute urgent repairs to guarantee turbine functionality.

• Carefully document each job to maintain precise records.

• Work collaboratively with engineering and operations teams to drive improvements.

• Monitor turbines on a global scale and relay updates to customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a valid driver’s license (as you’ll be on the move chasing the wind).

• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.

• Have a strong grasp of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems in wind turbines.

• Be comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions, whether rainy, sunny, or windy.

• Experience in maintenance and repair, particularly in the renewable energy sector, is highly desirable.

• Be proficient with technical manuals, diagnostic tools, and equipment.

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety at all times.
