Field Technician I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Execute both preventive and corrective maintenance on wind turbines.

• Carry out inspections, lubricate components, and replace filters, oils, and electronic/mechanical parts such as motors, gearboxes, sensors, and circuit boards.

• Conduct technical inspections, perform internal and external diagnostics, calibrate systems including the pitch system and sensors, and make necessary adjustments to components.

• Ensure operational excellence by meeting deadlines, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Identify training needs and recommend process enhancements.

• Adhere to norms and procedures, acting in compliance with EHS, quality standards, and the client's internal protocols.

• Protect assets and the environment by being responsible for the preservation, appropriate use, and optimization of tools and resources.

• Keep the site clean and organized.

• Work at heights, including climbing and frequently operating on wind turbines at elevations of up to 100 meters on concrete or metal structures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Diploma or technical certificate (mid-level) in Electrotechnics, Electromechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechatronics, issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education or relevant State Education Authorities/Councils.

• Active registration with the CFT – Conselho Federal dos Técnicos (Federal Council of Technicians).

• Experience in field service or maintenance roles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet).

• Valid Category B National Driver's License (CNH).

• Initiative, teamwork, focus, and strong communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.

• Analytical mindset with an emphasis on proposing improvements.
