This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Make a significant contribution to the safety, wellbeing, and recovery of our workforce.
• Collaborate with leaders to implement and enhance WHS and injury management frameworks continuously.
• Offer practical and reliable guidance on managing physical and psychosocial risks.
• Oversee incident, hazard, and injury management processes, from early intervention through to return to work.
• Assist with audits, inspections, reporting, and compliance in accordance with WHS legislation and ISO standards.
• Foster strong relationships with HR, Operations, Clinical Governance, and external stakeholders.
• Experienced and proactive professional in WHS.
• Comprehensive knowledge of WHS legislation.
• Proven experience in implementing WHS systems in medium to large organizations, preferably across multiple sites.
• Comfortable coaching leaders and managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Background in injury management, early intervention, and return-to-work processes—ideally within the healthcare sector or similar complex environments.
