This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle for a dynamic global requisition load, focusing on niche forecasting, data science, and commercial roles.

• Serve as a trusted consultant to hiring managers, assisting them in defining candidate profiles and interview frameworks that pinpoint "top 1%" talent.

• Act as the primary point of contact for Talent Acquisition activities across the organization.

• Lead the Talent Acquisition efforts for newly acquired businesses, aligning their hiring practices with the group's recruitment philosophy.

• Cultivate relationships with external agencies and contractor providers, ensuring they provide a return on investment for high-priority or specialized searches.

• Review and enhance our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and technology stack, incorporating AI tools to streamline top-of-funnel sourcing and reduce administrative burdens.

• Shift the focus from "time-to-fill" to more sophisticated metrics such as Quality of Hire, Diversity of Pipeline, and Speed to Productivity.

• Provide regular updates to the executive team regarding global hiring status, market trends, and internal capacity.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing a high volume of global requisitions concurrently across various time zones.

• Demonstrated expertise in process design, including the creation of interview kits, scorecards, and referral programs.

• Excellent project management abilities with a talent for integrating diverse business units into a cohesive process.

• Knowledge of global labor markets and compliance with UK/international recruitment regulations.
