This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation, execution, and ongoing management of compensation policies and programs that align with our compensation philosophy and corporate strategy.

• Ensure adherence to legal requirements and internal policies.

• Create tools, guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and communication materials, including training resources, to facilitate consistent compensation decisions and foster a clear understanding of compensation methodologies and practices.

• Collaborate with Legal and Finance to ensure compliance with public company obligations (SEC disclosures, proxy data, SOX, and relevant global regulations).

• Oversee global market pricing through industry surveys, including participation in surveys, and offer strategic recommendations for pay positioning.

• Assist in conducting pay equity analyses and remediation efforts in collaboration with Legal and HR.

• Provide guidance on geographic differentials, job leveling, and role alignment within the semiconductor and technology labor markets.

• Contribute to the design, execution, and management of incentive programs for sales, manufacturing, annual bonuses, and equity initiatives.

• Ensure that incentive metrics, calculations, and payouts are consistent with business objectives and plan guidelines.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in total rewards or compensation, ideally within publicly traded organizations.

• Proven expertise in the design and administration of equity plans, as well as the management of incentive programs.

• Strong understanding of public company compensation governance, including SEC disclosure mandates, proxy reporting, and SOX compliance.

• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior HR leaders, Finance, Legal, and executive stakeholders on intricate compensation issues.

• Advanced analytical and modeling capabilities, with a high level of proficiency in Excel and compensation analytics tools.
