This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a portfolio of up to 30 mid-tier clients with low to moderate complexity, managing accounts valued at up to $1.5M in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
• Engage in pre-sales discovery sessions and assist in the design of solutions and the development of proposals.
• Direct the planning of implementations and coordinate onboarding processes to ensure they align with client objectives.
• Perform semi-customized program reviews and offer strategic insights and recommendations.
• Recognize upsell and cross-sell opportunities while collaborating with sales and product teams.
• Act as the primary liaison throughout the client lifecycle.
• Keep accurate documentation of client interactions, key milestones, and engagement metrics.
• Work alongside internal teams to guarantee timely delivery and ensure client satisfaction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, customer success, or account management.
• Preferred experience with SaaS platforms and digital tools.
• Understanding of customer success principles and SaaS business models.
• Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives in the public sector.
• Knowledge of project management and best practices for implementation.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and collaboration platforms.
