Wholesale, Excess & Surplus Lines Field Marketing Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Engage and build relationships with BHHC’s wholesale agency partners across the nation.

• Cultivate and manage agency relationships while expanding a portfolio of business.

• Coordinate virtual meetings and travel for in-person visits to connect with wholesale agents nationwide.

• Serve as the primary decision-maker in the territory regarding agency appointments, levels of commitment, terminations, and other disciplinary measures.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with agency partners to assess existing business.

• Create and implement marketing strategies for designated agents.

• Travel for in-person meetings approximately 25% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.

• Familiarity with Property & Casualty insurance and experience with rating insurance products.

• Knowledge of Excess & Surplus Lines Insurance.

• Capability to establish and nurture relationships with larger insurance agencies.

• Experience collaborating with Wholesale Property Brokers and/or understanding of Surplus Lines Insurance.
