This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +16 more states.
• Oversee the relationship with the external advertising agency.
• Track campaign performance utilizing Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and other reporting tools.
• Evaluate website traffic, conversion rates, and marketing KPIs to provide actionable insights in collaboration with the agency.
• Create regular performance reports and suggest optimizations based on data analysis.
• Design, implement, and enhance integrated marketing campaigns that support enrollment objectives across various product lines.
• Manage timelines, budgets, deliverables, and reporting for campaigns.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to synchronize marketing strategies with organizational goals.
• Discover opportunities to boost campaign effectiveness and customer acquisition.
• Aid in the development of engaging marketing content across email, web, blog, social media, and paid campaigns.
• Ensure that messaging aligns with the NOLS brand voice and strategic goals.
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to effectively convey authentic narratives.
• Oversee updates to website content and work on enhancing user experience and conversion rates.
• Ensure website content is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for prospective students.
• Conduct market and competitive research to uncover trends, audience needs, and enrollment prospects.
• Transform customer insights into marketing strategies and campaign enhancements.
• Collaborate with Expeditions, Custom Education, Wilderness Medicine, Alumni Trips, and Advancement to support organizational initiatives.
• Coordinate marketing assistance for events, launches, and organizational priorities.
• Represent the marketing team in cross-functional planning and project discussions.
• Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or similar tools.
• Exceptional written communication and storytelling abilities.
• Capability to analyze data and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
